Our team is growing and we’re looking for some superstars to help take us to the next level.

We all know there’s no such thing as a normal day, but here’s a glimpse at some of the stuff you’d be doing on a regular basis:

  • Participating in onsite presentations with prospective clients
  • Onboarding and implementing new clients
  • Meeting with clients throughout the year to review financial and claims reports, regulatory changes, program options and requirements, and renewal proposals.
  • Business development support, including participation in industry conferences
  • Conducting program analysis and funding strategies
  • Addressing inquiries related to benefit coverage issues and eligibility
  • Assisting with the design and implementation of new programs and services
  • Managing enrollment meetings
  • Assisting with member engagement in wellness programs and wellness fairs
  • Presenting at client board and benefit committee meetings
  • Overseeing account reconciliations

Here’s what we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Arizona life and health producer’s license
  • Employee benefit insurance experience (minimum 3 years account management)
  • Customer-driven mindset with a “yes we can” attitude
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
  • Capability to multi-task and stay focused
  • Action-oriented with a good sense of urgency
  • Exceptional organizational, attention to detail, and follow through skills
  • Innovative thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision (self-starter, project management skills)
  • Superb computer skills with high proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to travel up to 65% of the time (in-state only)
